Return Process

  Log into your account or visit our Returns Portal with your order ID and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Approval

  Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours; once approved, you will receive a confirmation email with a pre-paid shipping label.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the jewellery in its original velvet box and outer packaging to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all tags remain attached.

  Refund Processing

  Once we receive and inspect your item at our studio, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
