What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, we provide a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects and plating issues. This does not cover accidental breakage or damage caused by improper care.
